Name origin:
When I was thinking of names for my domain, I wanted something to do with the Lord of the Rings, but nog in a too obvious way. Not like Bag End or something like that. I first came up with Simbelmyne, the little white flower that grows on the graves of the kings of Rohan. But unfortunately, that name was already taken :( I came up with a bunch of names, all of which were either too long, too difficult to spell correctly or they were already taken. My dad finally came up with Noldorin. The Noldorin are mentioned in the first Lord of the Rings film, the Fellowship of the Ring. In the extended cut, Merry and Pippin are given the daggers of the Noldorin by Galadriel. I really liked the sound of the word Noldorin so I decided to name my domain that :) I found a whole bunch of information about the Noldorin, who were elves in Middle-Earth, which can be found under 'About'.
